Your Challenge

We have curated real-world scenarios across four core asset classes—Office, Retail, Residential, Industrial (incl Logistics and Data Centres) - plus a special Wildcard category, each representing practical workflows real estate professionals tackle regularly, such as:

• Optimising leasing strategies

• Streamlining tenant communication

• Developing sustainability initiatives

• Conducting market analyses

• Creating investment memoranda

• Managing incidents and risks

Your task is to deconstruct your chosen challenge and craft up to five expert-level prompts. These prompts should seamlessly automate most, if not all, of the workflow’s heavy lifting. You’ll demonstrate precisely what data is required, how to structure your prompts, and clearly define the desired outcomes—guiding real estate professionals towards tangible results.
